In the early 1970s Bruno Ferrin a natural tinkerer started building rides in a forested area in northern Italy. He created it beside his family’s restaurant in an attempt to attract customers. Today it’s now an ecological amusement park that has almost 50 rides powered completely by hand with pulleys, bicycle cranks, and gravity. It’s free to get in and is now a major destination for locals and tourists to Battaglia.
Here are 3 lessons we can take away from Bruno:
1. Follow your heart and you will not have to work a day in your life
2. Don’t give up on your art until it’s worth talking about
3. Make your art easy to talk about by being generous
