If you’re having a bad day try making it a point to make someone feel good. Give someone a complement. When you uplift someone else it uplifts you.
Another thing you can do is think about what you are grateful for. You have food, a roof over your head, a job, people who love you. Gratitude crushes frustration.
Movement instantly makes you feel better. Get out of the chair and get moving.
