They’re in decent shape but she wants a flat tummy and he wants to see his abs… as he pinches his belly fat.
The first question the guy asks me is, “What exercise will get rid of this?”
The truth is that there’s no exercise that will get rid of that.
Seeing your abdominals or getting a flat tummy is a matter of having enough muscle mass and low enough body fat. But… 9 times out of 10 it isn’t because you don’t have enough muscle mass in your mid section. It’s because you didn’t lose enough body fat to make the bottom portions of the abs show well enough.
Many people are in search of the next magical exercise that will burn the belly fat yet the solution is in the kitchen.
So, the best place to start is by taking a good, hard look at your diet.
