There are two ways to avoid this popular cycle:
Instead of decreasing calories, just focus on eating the right foods. If you eat the right foods, you won’t get major cravings that will push you to over eat.
Avoid, what I like to call the “problem chasing” mindset. That is where you decide to lose weight only when the problem has gotten bad enough.
Instead, adopt a “creator mindset” and include habits in your day that reflect the life you want to create for yourself.
