I’m in Amsterdam and I just left a restaurant that was dead. Tables were available everywhere. The food was decent and the look and feel of the place was good. But the business model didn’t match the people in the area.
As I exit the restaurant I see a crowd gathered across the street and I snap this pic. It’s a small restaurant that doesn’t even have sit down space to pay for and it’s packed.
It’s packed because it’s giving the passers-by what they want. What everyone wants after smoking a joint. Cheap, quick and tasty snacks.
Instead of finding prospects for your business, create a business that matches your available prospects.
Marketing is about giving the right people, the right message at the right time.
