How Tension Affects Muscle Building [Video]

Tension is what builds muscle but tension is rarely constant throughout an exercise. Tension spikes at a certain range of motion.

A good way to get maximum tension is it to combine three exercises that compliment each other’s tension spike. It’s what I call a tri-tension set.

Choose an exercise that has peak-tension, mid-tension and stretch-tension and combine them for maximum results.
