No, Constant Discomfort is NOT Normal

I was talking with a friend yesterday that lost 40lbs. He was telling me that when he was overweight he came to accept his symptoms as if it was his normal state of being. The constant heartburn, bloating, low energy and a sore stomach. He tells me that, at the time, he never made the association that this was all caused by the food he was eating. Now, he’s a different person.

He listens to his body.

Symptoms have turned into warning signs for him. Not only has his new perspective made him look great but he feels a hundred times better. It’s easy to reach for the quick fix. To put a bandaid on the problem but eventually you’re going to have to make the move… and there’s really no better time than now.
