Recipe: Beef + Broccoli Stir Fry

1 tbsp. of coconut oil
2 cups of broccoli – blanched
1/2 cup of thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup of onion cut into wedges
6 oz of grass-fed sirloin steak, boneless, strips
1 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth
1 tbsp. tamari
2 tsp. arrowroot
A pinch of Stevia
1/2 tsp. sea salt (optional)


In a 10” skillet or wok, heat the oil and add the prepared vegetables. Cook while stirring quickly and frequently, until the veggies are crisp tender and the onions are brown. Stir in the beef strips and cook to desired tenderness. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve the arrowroot and add the mix to the beef mixture. Cook and stir constantly until the sauce has thickened (about 2-3 minutes.)
