Recipe: Omega-3 Parfait

Ingredients

8 oz. plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup uncooked, ready-to-eat oatmeal
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/4 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blueberries

Instructions

In a parfait glass, layer your ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
