Sarah is a 52 year single mom and busy executive.
She was dealing with aches and pains, especially sciatic pain. She was also stressed, lacked energy and was having trouble sleeping.
She first joined an exercise class but that didn’t do anything for her. It wasn’t until she started to exercise smarter and pay attention to her food that she started to change.
She did less endurance type exercise and focused on getting strong in the right areas.
She stopped skipping breakfast.
She ate more protein and less refined carbohydrates.
Her energy is up and she feels great now. Though losing weight wasn’t her goal, she’s surprised that she managed to lose 25lbs in the process of getting healthy.
