Stress is at the core of all of our issues. We all know that stress kills but I don’t think people realize how surrounded we are by it. We’re equipped to deal with short-term stress, like having to suddenly run from a threat. But… we are not equipped to deal with habitual stress compounded on us day after day.
Eventually, something has to give.
Stress is anything that disrupts homeostasis of the body.
Stress disrupts your mental balance and robs you from your happiness. Stress also suppresses the immune system eliminating your defence for any virus that may come your way.
Stress is the most important thing you need to work on if you want to live fit, happy and healthy.
