The Right Place at the Right Time

The Nordik Spa is a world class outdoor spa near my house. This Christmas, instead of waiting for prospects to drive to their location to buy gift cards, Nordik decided to go where their stressed out customers hang out; the mall. They set up a “pop up store” in the middle of the mall and when people weren’t sure what to buy their loved ones – the gift of relaxation was a simple choice. The line up to buy gift cards was constant and at a minimum of $120 per person, I can only imagine that their strategy paid off.

1. Where do your customers hang out?
2. Is there a time year/day where your customers are more likely to buy?
